One would think that if there were food shortages in the U.S., as seems to
be inferrred in this article, there would also be food shortages in Canada.
So the agreement to have a mutual exchange of troops between Canada and the
U.S. would enable control over each country's citizens and a martial law
threat to both countries.

Canadian Troops To Patrol US Cities As Food Riots Feared

Russian Military Analysts are reporting in the Kremlin today that the United
States has, for the first time in its history, granted rights to a Foreign
Army to have ‘full power’ over the life and death of American Citizens in
their own country.
Though not being reported to the American people by their propaganda media
organs, the United States Northern Command Military Leader, US Air Force
Gen. Gene Renuart, and his Canadian counterpart, Air Force Lt.-Gen. Marc
Dumais [both pictured top left] announced this new Military Pact this past
week, and as we can read:
"U.S. Air Force Gen. Gene Renuart, commander of North American Aerospace
Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, and Canadian Air Force Lt.-Gen.
Marc Dumais, commander of Canada Command, have signed a Civil Assistance
Plan that allows the military from one nation to support the armed forces of
the other nation during a civil emergency.
“This document is a unique, bilateral military plan to align our respective
national military plans to respond quickly to the other nation's requests
for military support of civil authorities,” Renuart said. “Unity of effort
during bilateral support for civil support operations such as floods, forest
fires, hurricanes, earthquakes and effects of a terrorist attack, in order
to save lives, prevent human suffering and mitigate damage to property, is
of the highest importance, and we need to be able to have forces that are
flexible and adaptive to support rapid decision-making in a collaborative
environment.”
It is interesting to note, too, that the Canadian peoples, like their
American neighbors to the south, were not told of these plans for their
Military Forces, and as we can read as reported by Canada’s Canwest News
Service, and who say:
"Canada and the U.S. have signed an agreement that paves the way for the
militaries from either nation to send troops across each other's borders
during an emergency, but some are questioning why the Harper government has
kept silent on the deal. Neither the Canadian government nor the Canadian
Forces announced the new agreement, which was signed Feb. 14 in Texas."
Russian Colonel Gen Vladimir Bulgakov, Commander of Russia’s Far East
Military District, points out in these reports that it is ‘no wonder’ that
neither the US or Canadian War Leaders want the masses of their citizens to
know about these ‘unprecedented’ events as ‘soldiers by their inherent
training are for use in war, not peace’.
These reports further note that though Canada currently possesses 125,000
active Military and 36,500 Reserve Troops, the majority of which have been
‘combat hardened’ in the US Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the only Canadian
Troops available for any, so called, ‘civil emergency’ in the United States,
are soldiers from its Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM), and
which Russian Military Commanders rate as being one of the top Special
Forces Units among all of the World’s Army’s.
The more likely use of these Canadian Troops on American Soil, these reports
go on to say, would be for the patrolling of US Cities during times of civil
war, internal unrest, or, most fearfully, the assisting of US Police in the
rounding up of masses of US Citizens for arrest and internment.
This assessment of the truest intentions of the United States War Leaders
granting power over their own citizens to Canadian Special Forces Troops,
appears to be supported by information coming from US Troops returning from
Iraq, and as we can read as reported by the Prison Planet News Service in
their report titled "U.S. Troops Asked If They Would Shoot American
Citizens", and which says:
"U.S. troops are being trained to conduct round-ups, confiscate guns and
shoot American citizens, including their own friends and family members, as
part of a long-standing program to prepare for the declaration of martial
law, according to a soldier who recently returned from Iraq.
We received an e mail from "Scott", a member of a pipefitters union that
runs an apprenticeship program called Helmets To Hard Hats, which according
to its website, "Is a national program that connects National Guard, Reserve
and transitioning active-duty military members with quality career training
and employment opportunities within the construction industry."
Scott writes that his company hired a soldier who had recently returned from
Iraq, who told him that U.S. troops were being quizzed on whether or not
they would be prepared to shoot their own friends and family members during
a national state of emergency in America."
An estimated timeline in these reports states that the American people could
begin seeing Canadian Soldiers in their cities as early as this summer, as
many experts are predicting that the massive food shortages being reported
all around the World will begin causing food riots in many American cities.
To how bad the Global Food Crisis is becoming we can read as reported by
Australia’s Adelaide Now News Service, and which says:
"A WORSENING global food shortage is a problem far more urgent than climate
change, top Australian scientists have warned. The Australian Science Media
Centre briefing heard why prices for some staple foods had risen by as much
as 60 per cent in the past year, and how dramatic price rises are expected
to sweep across all staples in the near future."
There remains no evidence to suggest, either, that the American people
themselves are aware of the brutal future being planned for them. Even more
sadly, perhaps, is the evidence suggesting that they don’t even want to
know.

Disarming of the Population and the Tyranny of Gun Control

There is a war on our freedoms and this includes the right to bear arms. Over the years there has been a mass indoctrination to the evils of guns, which has resulted in the systematic psychological disarmament of the American people. With less armed law-abiding citizens and more gun-free zones, the result has been more helpless victims. It has also demonstrated that we cannot rely on government to protect us from criminals. Most crime we are facing will not be solved by further gun control legislation. Furthermore tyrants like Stalin, Hitler, and Mao all sought to disarm their own citizens in order to control them and ensure their own power. Many genocide victims were deprived of the necessary means to adequately defend themselves. A clear violation of the Second Amendment took place after Hurricane Katrina, when authorities engaged in gun confiscation. In many cases, it was these same guns that kept many individuals, families, and property safe from criminals and thugs when there was no police presence. This has set the precedent for future gun grabbing in times of crisis. There is also a new program in Boston that would allow police with parental permission to search their children's rooms for guns without a search warrant. There has been legislation introduced that would ban U.S. veterans who have experienced even mild forms of Post-Traumatic Stress from ever owning a firearm. The Second Amendment is about upholding the Founding Fathers vision of a free society, and the disarming of the population is a path to tyranny. History serves as the best example, and we all need to stop being naive and thinking that it can't happen here.
There are calls for stricter gun control laws after almost every mass shooting. Taking firearms out of the hands of law-abiding citizens won't prevent such tragedies; it makes us less safe. Gun control laws do little to prevent criminals from acquiring guns, and they simply ignore any gun-free zones which in turn makes them victim disbarment zones. In many cases it was a gun that prevented a situation from further escalating. We can't rely on the police to save us as they usually show up after a crime has been perpetrated. It is our responsibility to protect ourselves and our families. Criminals fear an armed citizenry, and it is not surprising that crime tends to rise in an environment where people have lost their ability to properly defend themselves.
On the heels of a mass shooting that took place in a mall in Omaha Nebraska, there were two recent shootings in Colorado which took place some 12 hours and 70 miles apart by the same shooter. It began at a Youth Mission office and ended in Colorado Springs at the New Life Church. The gunman opened fire in the parking lot, and was later shot several times and brought down by an armed security guard. Although he later shot himself in the head, this is a good example of guns saving lives. The attacker had a backpack which contained as much as 1,000 rounds of ammunition, and the heroic actions of an armed security guard prevented anymore bloodshed. Also recently, Washington Redskin's football player, Sean Taylor became yet another victim of gun control and disarmament. Although his probation had ended, he was unable to own a gun because he had plea bargained. Someone broke into his house, and he tried to defend himself and his family with a machete. He was shot and later died. A population that is disarmed is defenseless and is more easily enslaved.
Only an armed civilian population can properly defend themselves and resist a tyrannical government. When the Nazis seized power in Germany in 1933, they immediately began massive search and seizures of firearms to further neutralize their political opponents. The Gestapo later established a system of central registration of persons obtaining firearms. Hitler's gun control and disarming of the population almost completely guaranteed that firearms were in the possession of Nazi supporters and sympathizers and made any kind of armed resistance inside Germany next to impossible. Hitler said, “The most foolish mistake we would possibly make would be to allow the subject races to possess arms. History shows that all conquers who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by so doing.” The Second Amendment protects the gun rights of individuals and is about preventing tyranny. Gun control and the disarming of the population threatens a nation's very survival. It should come as no surprise that the United Nations, which is essentially the mechanism for world government, wishes to gut the Second Amendment and institute a global gun ban that would include the private ownership of firearms.
The threat to the Second Amendment is also coming internationally as the United Nations has a goal of disarmament. They have actively campaigned for worldwide gun control, and have declared that civilian ownership of guns is a major cause of violence around the world. The reality is that the UN has failed miserably in preventing crimes against humanity, and has further facilitated in the disarming of populations, leaving them defenseless. Many who advocate gun control want every gun in the world to be under UN control. This includes rifles, shot guns, and hand guns. Past UN conferences and forums have proposed a ban on possession of handguns by anyone other than a government official and strategies to reduce the number of handguns in private hands. Others initiatives include a worldwide licensing of firearms registered and administrated by the UN and mandating a maximum one gun per person. They also wish to develop and implement an effective disarmament, dembilization, and reintegration program. The United Nations remains a threat to the Second Amendment , our sovereignty, and security and international laws, and treaties further jeopardize our freedoms. Only after the American people have been disarmed can world governance truly be achieved.
Gun control and the disarming of law-abiding citizens should never be a solution to reducing crime and serves as a recipe for tyranny. Criminals rarely obtain firearms legally, and gun-free zones act as safe havens for criminals and crazies alike, making us all less safe and potential victims. There is a push for tougher gun control in Europe that would include a centralized firearm registration program as opposed to one controlled by individual European Union nations. History has demonstrated that the biggest advocates of gun control and limiting self-defense are those wishing to further empower the state. The training and tactics of police departments have changed, and in the process their traditional role of serving and protecting has been largely abandoned. We need to become more self sufficient and rely less on government, and this includes our own personnel safety. In many respects we are already in a police state. We have almost lost our freedom to challenge the government, and one of the final stages will be the disarming of the American people. It is a fact that the state is the leading cause of unnatural death. An armed citizenry remains an obstacle and a threat to the New World Order's agenda and its power monopoly. We need to restore and protect the Second Amendment and support gun rights. This is not a privilege, and the right to bear arms not only protects citizens and their property, but acts as a deterrent to government tyranny.

There is a push for tougher gun control in Europe that would include a centralized firearm registration program as opposed to one controlled by individual European Union nations. History has demonstrated that the biggest advocates of gun control and limiting self-defense are those wishing to further empower the state. The training and tactics of police departments have changed, and in the process their traditional role of serving and protecting has been largely abandoned. We need to become more self sufficient and rely less on government, and this includes our own personnel safety. In many respects we are already in a police state. We have almost lost our freedom to challenge the government, and one of the final stages will be the disarming of the American people. It is a fact that the state is the leading cause of unnatural death. An armed citizenry remains an obstacle and a threat to the New World Order's agenda and its power monopoly. We need to restore and protect the Second Amendment and support gun rights. This is not a privilege, and the right to bear arms not only protects citizens and their property, but acts as a deterrent to government tyranny.

Most of us are aware that the heroic actions of a brave woman at the
New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado a few days ago saved the
lives of perhaps scores, or even hundreds, of people. However, her
bravery would not have counted for much had she not been armed.
On that fateful December Sunday, a man by the name of Matthew Murray
entered the church armed to the teeth. According to press reports, he
was armed with a semi-automatic rifle, two handguns, some smoke
grenades, and more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition.
By the time Murray arrived in the Colorado Springs church, he had
already killed four people: two at a missionary training center miles
away, and two in the church parking lot. He had wounded several
others. No one realized it at the time, but the man was a serial
killer in the midst of a rampage. He doubtless planned to kill as many
people as he could, as there were thousands of people inside the
church. Had there not been an armed citizen in the church house, the
death toll would have been massive.
According to church spokesmen, the congregation has over a dozen
members who volunteered to serve as security personnel for the church.
Jeanne Assam was one of those volunteers.
A former police officer, Assam said, "I saw him [Murray] coming
through the doors, and I took cover, and I waited for him to get
closer. I came out of cover, I identified myself and engaged him and
took him down." Murray died in the exchange. Although Assam shot him
several times with her 9mm pistol, the coroner's office said that
Murray actually succumbed to a self-inflicted gunshot wound. After
being incapacitated by Assam's gunfire, Murray apparently turned one
of his weapons on himself.
Chalk one up for the good guys, or in this case, good gals.
Have you noticed how the media dropped the Colorado story as soon as
it was discovered that a lawfully armed citizen ended the potential
massacre by using her own handgun? Had the killer been successful in
murdering scores of people, however, it would have been at the top of
the news for weeks. As it is, the story is already buried in the
dungeon section of the news, if it is in the news at all.
One thing the national news media will always ignore is the practice
of lawful self-defense. For example, most people are probably not
aware of the fact that American citizens use a firearm to defend
themselves more than 2.4 million times EVERY YEAR. That is more than
6,500 times EVERY DAY. This means that, each year, firearms are used
60 times more often to protect the lives of honest citizens than to
take lives. Furthermore, of the 2.4 million self-defense cases, more
than 192,000 are by women defending themselves against sexual assault.
And in less than eight percent of those occasions is a shot actually
fired. The vast majority of the time (92%), the mere presence of a
firearm helps to avert a major crime from occurring. That is what
Congressman Roscoe Bartlett (R-MD) concluded after extensive research.
According to Rep. Bartlett, the number of defensive uses is four times
the number of crimes reported committed with guns.
John Lott, senior research scientist at the University of Maryland,
agrees with Bartlett. His book "More Guns, Less Crime" documents the
fact that--instead of being a cause of crime--firearms in the hands of
private citizens are actually a major deterrent to crime.
Another fact conveniently ignored by the major media is the connection
between wanton killings and so-called "gun-free" zones. For an example
of this, look no further than the Virginia Tech massacre. In spite of
Virginia state laws that allow citizens to carry concealed weapons for
self-defense, Virginia Tech forbade its students and faculty from
carrying weapons for self-defense on campus. Had a student or faculty
member been armed--as was Ms. Assam in the Colorado Springs attack--no
doubt many, if not most, of the Virginia Tech victims would not have
died. Obviously, bad guys do not pay any attention to "gun-free"
zones, except to note that such zones create a free-killing
environment.
Is it any wonder that those states and cities with the most
restrictive gun control laws tend to also be home to the highest crime
rates? The old saying is still true. "When guns are outlawed, only
outlaws will have guns." There is another saying I like even better.
"When guns are outlawed, I will be an outlaw."
Even our Lord understood and validated the right of every person to
arm themselves for personal self-defense. He said, "He that hath no
sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one." (Luke 22:36 KJV) The
old Roman sword was the First Century equivalent of a modern handgun.
It was the most practical and convenient form of self-defense
available at that time. Also, please note that at least two of Jesus'
disciples (one of whom was Simon Peter) were in the habit of carrying
their own personal swords, and Jesus never rebuked them. (See Luke
22:38.)
Jesus also acknowledged, "When a strong man ARMED [emphasis added]
keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace." (Luke 11:21)
Furthermore, the Apostle Paul said, emphatically, "But if any provide
not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath
denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel." (I Tim. 5:8) Does
"not providing for his own" include not providing protection? Of
course it does.
The right and, yes, obligation of personal self-defense is entrenched
in both Christian and American tradition. People who would deny
citizens the right to arm themselves are either naïvely ignorant or
deliberately duplicitous. As Robert Heinlein said, "An armed society
is a polite society."
America's Founding Fathers agreed with Heinlein. Thomas Jefferson
said, "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." He also
said, "Laws that forbid the carrying of arms . . . disarm only those
who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes . . . Such
laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the
assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides,
for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an
armed man."
Samuel Adams said, "[T]he said Constitution [shall] be never construed
to authorize Congress to infringe the just liberty of the press, or
the rights of conscience; or to prevent the people of the United
States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms."
James Madison said, "To preserve liberty, it is essential that the
whole body of people always possess arms."
Thomas Paine said, "[A]rms discourage and keep the invader and
plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property
. . . Horrid mischief would ensue were the law-abiding deprived of the
use of them."
George Washington called the private collections of arms "the people's
liberty's teeth."
America must always preserve the right to keep and bear arms. To do
any less is to invite oppression and tyranny, not to mention acts of
violence.
Some years back, Alan Rice of the Jews for the Preservation of
Firearms Ownership (JPFO) wrote, "Since 1900 at least seven major
genocides have occurred resulting in the murder of 50-60 million
people:
*Ottoman Turkey, 1915-17; 1-1.5 million Armenians murdered;
*Soviet Union, 1929-53; 20 million anti-Communists and anti-Stalinists
murdered;
*Nazi Germany & Occupied Europe, 1933-45; 13 million Jews, Gypsies,
and Anti-Nazis murdered;
*China, 1949-52, 1957-60 & 1966-1976; 20 million anti-Communists
murdered;
*Guatemala, 1960-1981; 100,000 Mayan Indians murdered;
*Uganda, 1971-1979; 300,000 Christians and Political Rivals of Idi
Amin murdered;
*Cambodia, 1975-1979; 1 million murdered."
Rice continued to say, "In all seven of the genocides summarized
above, gun control laws were in force before the genocide occurred, in
some cases decades before. In five of the seven genocides, the lethal
law, the gun control law was in force before the genocide regime took
power."
Rice also said, "Gun control laws are usually enacted during a crisis
or a perceived crisis." He then said, "Government officials, not hate
groups or common criminals, were responsible for these seven
genocides. In most of these cases the murder victims outnumbered their
murderers; yet they were powerless to defend themselves because they
were disarmed."
Do the math yourself. Absent an armed citizen, 32 innocent people lost
their lives at Virginia Tech, while the presence of 1 armed citizen
resulted in 2 innocent deaths in Colorado Springs. Furthermore, the
presence of over 200 million firearms in the possession of the
American people has done more to keep America free than any other
human element--bar none!
Therefore, to help keep your family safe and your country free, go buy
a gun.
